FocusGuard ("we", "our", or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Chrome extension.

All processing happens locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device except through Chrome's built-in sync feature (which is controlled by your Chrome settings, not us).
If you have Chrome sync enabled in your browser, your blocked sites list and settings will sync across your devices using Google's infrastructure. This sync is handled entirely by Google Chrome, not by FocusGuard. We do not have access to this synced data.

If you upgrade to the paid tier in the future, payment processing will be handled by ExtensionPay (a payment processor for Chrome extensions), which has its own privacy policy.
FocusGuard does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The extension is designed to work entirely locally without data collection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
FocusGuard's code may be made available for review to verify these privacy claims. You can inspect the extension's code yourself by viewing the extension files in: chrome://extensions/ (enable Developer mode and view the extension directory).
